Last week we were lucky enough to fill a whole room (actually, a massive barn!) full of our nearest and dearest – an incredible group of humans; practitioners, partners, and friends.
All united by a shared passion for understanding people, developing potential, and keeping human connection at the heart of what we do.
Across two days we explored leadership, coaching, teams, and the evolving role of personality in an AI-shaped world. The conversations were curious, challenging, and above all, human. |

What stood out most wasn’t just the ideas, but the feeling in the room - the laughter, the openness, the sense that everyone was there to learn with and from each other.
We talk a lot about connection at Facet5, and last week we didn’t just talk about it, we lived it.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, contributed, shared, and made it such a special couple of days. Whether you travelled from across the world or just down the road, your presence made it what it was.
