'0.90 reliability’ – sounds impressive, doesn’t it?

. . . But a big number doesn't automatically mean a tool is useful, predictive or insightful.

Reliability simply tells us that a measure is consistent. It doesn't tell us whether it's measuring something meaningful.

So what does a high reliability score really tell us?

But the true value of understanding one’s personality goes far beyond just the content in the profile.

A skilled debrief brings the profile to life, but it's the human connection that makes it truly meaningful. It's what makes the difference - creating a trusted space for reflection, curiosity and honest conversation that no profile can achieve on its own.
